A day in the life at your new role as Associate Consultant
· You’ll help your colleagues find the best talent for their candidates. Leave no stone unturned as you search our existing database, carry out market mapping, head hunting and screening calls.
· You’ll develop your understanding of all the parts of the recruitment process, and how the pieces fit together, including candidate sourcing, candidate management, client sourcing (business development) and client management.
· You’ll manage the recruitment journey from end to end. Review applications, submit CVs to clients, schedule interviews,deliver briefings and feedback, negotiate offers and close deals.
· You’ll relentlessly grow your knowledge of your sector, so you deliver the very best matches for clients and candidates.
· You’ll always be on the lookout for places where we can all improve our practices to achieve our ambition of positively disrupting the recruitment space and resetting the standards for recruitment professionals worldwide.
